These Terms of Service govern your use of contentelevation.iteurope.com and, where stated, the provision of services by Content Elevation Ltd. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. About us
Content Elevation Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Content Elevation, with its principal place of business at Tramshed Tech, Pendyris Street, Cardiff CF11 6BH, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

2. Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious material;
- carry out automated scraping, harvesting or systematic extraction of content without our written permission;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms;
- use the site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it.
We may suspend or withdraw access to all or part of the site without notice where we consider it necessary, including for maintenance or in response to misuse.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site — including text, layout, graphics, photography, code and design — is owned by or licensed to Content Elevation Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written consent.
Photography on this website is licensed for our use and may not be extracted or reused. Trade marks, product names and logos of third parties remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification purposes only.
4. Client work and ownership of deliverables
Where we are engaged to produce work, the commercial terms are set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work or engagement letter, which takes precedence over these terms in the event of any conflict. Unless that document says otherwise:
- ownership of the intellectual property in the final approved deliverables transfers to the client on payment of all sums due in full;
- we retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, working files and tools, and grant a non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in the deliverables;
- we may reference the engagement and display non-confidential extracts of the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
5. Enquiries, quotations and formation of contract
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Prices shown are indicative, exclusive of VAT, and subject to written confirmation. A contract is formed only when we issue a written proposal and you accept it in writing, or you sign our engagement letter.
6. Payment terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. We may charge statutory interest and compensation on late payment under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We may suspend work where an undisputed invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days.
7. Disclaimers
The content of this website is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that the content is complete, accurate or up to date. Any reliance you place on the information is strictly at your own risk. Statistics, case studies and outcomes described on this site are illustrative of past engagements and are not a guarantee of future results.
We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or free from errors or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own information technology and platform to access the site and for using your own virus protection software.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we will not be liable to any business user for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. Our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client under that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential any information marked as confidential, or which ought reasonably to be treated as confidential, received from the other, and will use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation continues for three years after the engagement ends and does not apply to information which is or becomes public through no breach of these terms.
10. Cancellation and termination
Either party may terminate an engagement on the notice period stated in the relevant proposal. On termination, the client will pay for all work completed and all committed third-party costs up to the termination date. Shoot dates or production slots cancelled with fewer than five working days' notice may be charged at up to 50% of the scheduled fee, and with fewer than two working days' notice at up to 100%, to cover crew and facility commitments.
11. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. Where we process personal data on a client's behalf we will do so under a separate data processing agreement meeting the requirements of Article 28 UK GDPR.
12. Third-party links
Where this site links to other websites, those links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
13. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time by updating this page. The version in force is the one published on the date you use the site. Please check this page periodically.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in the jurisdiction in which a client is established.
15. General
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. No person other than a party to these terms has any right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent to [email protected] or by post to Content Elevation Ltd, Tramshed Tech, Pendyris Street, Cardiff CF11 6BH, United Kingdom.
