How long before we see results?
Distribution improvements show up in four to six weeks, because they are mostly about doing more with what already exists. Genuine compounding — search rankings, repeat audience, content that keeps producing months later — takes two to three quarters. We say this before you sign, not after the second invoice.
Do you replace our in-house marketer?
No, and engagements structured that way tend to fail. We need one internal owner who holds product knowledge and relationships and can make a decision within a day. We supply the engine; you supply the judgement about your market.
What happens if we stop?
Three-month initial term, then rolling with 30 days' notice. Every calendar, format library, brief template and piece of documentation lives in your systems throughout and stays with you. Two former clients now run the whole engine in-house, which we consider a success rather than a loss.
Which channels do you cover?
Search, LinkedIn, YouTube, email and your own website as standard. We add a channel only when we can show it is worth the attention it will take from the others, and we regularly recommend retiring one — usually the one with the most enthusiastic internal champion.
Do you work outside B2B?
Mostly we do not. Around eighty per cent of our work is B2B or considered-purchase B2C, where content genuinely shortens a long decision. Fast-moving consumer goods are better served by a studio built for volume creative, and we will say so.
Can you work with our existing agencies?
Yes, and often we do — commonly alongside a paid media agency or a PR firm. We ask for one clear boundary of responsibility and a shared calendar. What does not work is two suppliers both believing they own the strategy.
How do you measure success?
Content-sourced and content-influenced pipeline first, organic growth second, output consistency third. Impressions and follower counts appear in the report because clients ask for them, but we never optimise for them and we will tell you when they are going up for uninteresting reasons.
